Smile -- you're on candid camera!! I don't have to go back to Duke Perinatal anymore!! The doctor came in after the ultrasound and said that he was not concerned at all about his development - the arms AND legs are now within normal ranges. So maybe he WILL play basketball! Thank you to everyone for their prayers - they have been answered. :D
He is now laying upside down in me - his head is toward MY legs and his feet are right below my breastbone on the left side, which explains the discomfort I have felt while eating lately. I can only eat a small amount now, and I have to eat it slowly because it HURTS to have food go down. I guess I'll be talking about that to the doctors on Thursday. So stay tuned for part two....

WOOHOOO!! Great news, Becky!! As for the discomfort when eating, well, get used to it. There's not much the doctor's can do about that. Paul Daniel will put his feet, rump, arms, etc. wherever he wants and there is nothing you can do about it... the fun is now beginning!!!
This is very good news!! In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he suddenly had a growth spurt & ended up even bigger than normal! (yeah, I know Becky, not the thing you really want to hear....anyway)

Yes,Paul Daniel is really cute. Sorry I missed the show today, but look forward to seeing the DVD. Hopefully that will be before too long! I wonder how they can measure the legs when they are all scrunched up like that. Mom
