Well, I ATTEMPTED to write something on Sunday night during the nerve-wracking Duke-Wake game - I decided I had better do something else while that game was on before I was sent into early labor! But unfortunately, the Internet kept going out on me, so it never got posted. At least Duke won!!! :)
My regularly scheduled appointment was last Thursday - everything continues to be fine as far as the heartbeat and measurements are concerned. I'm also glad to say that my weight isn't skyrocketing like I thought it would...it's stayed pretty steady, although I'll probably be gaining more baby weight in the next several weeks. It's funny how the days go - some days, like today, I'm energized when I get home and not really tired at all, and then other days (like yesterday) I am so exhausted that I end up going to bed at 8:30! I guess I had better take advantage of these "energized" days and make hay while the sun shines. Seems like there's always SOMETHING to do....speaking of which, I guess I better get busy! Well, I'm the first to leave a comment -- usually I'm the last! Glad things are moving right along. Enjoy these days, as soon you'll be a little more tired as you gain more weight. You hear stories of how "bad" it is the last month, where you are just sooo uncomfortable, etc. I really wasn't that way... and Shawn was a week late! Hopefully not much will change for you with regards to the "uncomfortable factor". I find myself getting more and more excited as you get closer and closer to your due date! Thanks for the Duke score.... I've been so busy traveling, etc. I didn't even know they played Wake again, much less what the score was!
