Are these images not INCREDIBLE?? It is so hard to believe that this little being is inside of ME. He was moving around a LOT during the ultrasound, and the technician said that ofcourse it is a good thing. As for his development, it appears that everything seems to be on track - the arms are now progressing at a normal rate, and the only concern they had was his femur bones in both legs. They appear to be a little short/underdeveloped, so maybe he won't be playing basketball for Duke....maybe baseball! :) Everything else looked good. I have a slew of doctor's appointments coming up in the next month or so - I go for my routine visit with my regular doctor on Monday and within the next couple of weeks I go to another specialist to have them look at his heart in detail and make sure that everything is ok. From what the doctors saw on Wednesday, they didn't have any major concerns, but considering both mine and Adam's family history, they thought it wouldn't hurt to have his heart looked at. And then at the beginning of February I go for my followup ultrasound. I am also getting a 4D ultrasound at some point in the next month or so where they can record it on DVD. Looks like we'll know this little guy really well before he is delivered!
After doing a little bit of looking around at stores and the Internet, I have pretty much given up on having a "theme"....there's not a lot of Peanuts things out there for a nursery. And what I have found is kind of expensive, so at this point we're just going for the "boy" colors. :)

Well, it's ok that you won't have the Peanuts theme --- though I do have something for you that would fit it. I tried to have it ready before Christmas but missed it by just about a day.....you'll know what I mean when you see it.
I should definitely have it ready by our next sistahood!
Cool!!! I can't wait to see it! I still am partial to Peanuts, I just don't want to limit myself with a "theme". :)
I want to see what Laura got you!
