I have the BEST husband!!!!

We were watching TV tonight, and I saw the Chick-Fil-A commercial about the peppermint chocolate chip milkshake....and boy, did it look good - so good that my body went into a MUST HAVE THIS NOW mode!!!! Unfortunately, Chick-Fil-A is on the other side of town and it was too late to be going anywhere, so I just resigned myself to the fact that I could help myself to the fudge ripple ice cream in the freezer, which wasn't the same...but oh well...I was grading science tests, and thought I'd get a little bit afterwards, but gosh, it just sounded so good. Meanwhile Adam got up and was in the kitchen; I had no clue what he was doing, but about 10 minutes later, he came in with a bowl - he had crushed up some peppermint candy we had lying around and added it to the ice cream along with a bunch of chocolate chips and stirred it all up so it was practically a milkshake! He's got my nomination for husband of the year.....
