Wow - I look at the pictures of him and then earlier ones and I can see how he has changed quite a bit. He is definitely gaining more weight - according to our scale, he's now at 13.8 lbs! And I believe it - he would nurse or take a bottle all day/night if he could. He certainly gets cranky when you take his food source away from him, even though he might be filled to the hilt with milk! It's been a challenge figuring out how much to give him in a bottle, which I've started to do even when I am with him all day - just to give my body a chance to adjust as well as his. I've finally settled at 5 ozs, because 4 wasn't enough and with 6 he was overloading himself. He still cries and wants more but at least he's not spitting up so much. I've also had to make sure he sits up during the day for about 30 minutes...at night I don't have any problems with him spitting up. I guess because he gets so sleepy he just doesn't care!
He has been getting more sleep at night - we'll start getting ready at about 8:00 or 8:30 for bed and depending on how tired he is he's usually asleep by 10pm. I am up once in the night (around 4am) for a feeding and then again around 6am - and then he'll sleep till around 9am. It will be interesting getting ready in the mornings once school starts - getting that schedule down will take a little adjustment, I'm sure. I'm just so happy that family will be able to take care of him 3 out of the 5 days, and that I've found a daycare that I feel really really happy with.
Tonight Adam and I are going out for our 3rd year anniversary - Paul is staying with Grandma and Grandpa Hunter for the evening, and it's been so weird not having him here with me. It will be the first night I've been without him - as difficult as it is, I'm also going to take advantage of it and sleep in a little bit tomorrow before heading to Turkey! :)

OOH!!! What wonderful pictures! I loved seeing him last weekend, fussiness and all, (he really wasn't that bad) and I miss him again already! He's at the beginning of starting to settle down into a schedule. As he gets more active he'll be able to eat more without spitting up so much. And, once he starts cereal, it will "stick to his ribs" and he'll stay full longer and will feel more satisfied. It was great seeing you at Shawn's play last night!
