This is going to be a lot of fun! Thanks for the responses (on here and email) and for the input about the morning sickness issue. Believe me, I'm NOT complaining that I don't have morning sickness. There's nothing worse for me than feeling nauseated, so I consider it a blessing. It was all a pre-ultrasound condition...now that I know everything is on schedule and the baby is developing properly as far as everyone can tell at the moment, then I'm fine with it. :) Although the hormones were raging today....I was placed in a REALLY ROTTEN mood first thing this morning when one of my students was caught with gum 2x in 20 minutes! Talk about defiant behavior!!! I had to give him After-School Detention because of it, and usually that would have been the end of it, but my mood just got blacker as the day went on. Boy, am I glad tomorrow is Friday! LOL
Linda (a church friend from Asheboro) suggested that I title my posts with how far along I am....which brings another interesting question to mind. My doctors have based my weeks from my last period (which would make me 11 weeks along), but I'm 99.9% sure when this baby was conceived which would be 9 weeks. I guess for the sake of everyone's sanity I'll go by the doctor.

you could put both weeks... like "11/9 weeks" and then when you get to the end, you can see who was closest to the due date. And Laura, I don't even know what 5 a.m. looks like, much less am I up at that time. I'm not even alive at 6:30 a.m.! So, I agree with Becky, this must post pacific time, as I was at work when I wrote (like I am now) and I KNOW it isn't 5 a.m.!! Shoot me if it is--- because then I've lost my mind and need to be put away!
Ok - someone needs to contact Mom & let her know how to do this "blog" thing. She told me she read Becky's initial post & was trying to post a response but that she didn't know what in the world she was doing & that it didn't work!
(I'm honestly not sure I know what I'm doing yet, though it seems to sometimes work....would be the blind leading the blind!)
I'll call mom tomorrow (Sat) and "guide her through the blogging process"... like I'm an expert or something-yeah, right... I think maybe she isn't doing the word verification thingy or something. I kinda guessed at what to do and it must have been right, because it showed up!--oh yeah... hi becky! Since this is your blog, I guess I'd better talk to you some and not just Laura!
